All submitting authors have been sent an email of acceptance containing the link to confirm their attendance at IHPBA 2018, it is essential that you complete this step to ensure that your abstract is detailed within the abstract book and congress programme. Confirmation of attendance must be received by 2 May 2018. If you have not received this link, please contact email@example.com, detailing your name, abstract reference number and abstract title.

The e-Poster upload programme will be available from 24 May 2018. Prior to that date you will receive an email containing the link for the e-Poster upload system and details of user name and password. Please note you will not receive the email unless you have confirmed your participation by 2 May 2018.
All e-posters must be uploaded before 15 August 2018. You will not be able to upload your ePoster onsite at the congress venue. Please note the deadline date of 15 August 2018.

You are not required to submit your video again, the original video will be available at the designated time, within the Congress programme.
If you have a Video Presentation, it is essential you report to the Speaker Support Centre (Secretariat 4) at least two hours prior to your scheduled presentation to ensure all is in order with your video. Please bring a copy of your video as a backup.
A network-based presentation system will be employed, along with a congress-specific interface which will ensure perfect quality of all presentations. All rooms are equipped with the necessary technical requirements and additional back-up systems. Please note that under no circumstances will personal laptops be permitted therefore it is essential that you report to the Speaker Support Centre.
The Speaker Support Centre (SSC) is located in Secretariat 4. The Speaker Support Centre will be open during the following hours with technicians available to assist you:
