Full payment must be received before the corresponding registration deadlines to benefit from early/pre onsite registration rates.
Changes, substitutions and cancellation of registration
Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the IHPBA 2018 Registration Department at email@example.com.

If you are unable to attend, you may be substituted by a colleague. Name changes will be subject to an administration fee of USD 50.
