Payment deadline and conditions
Full payment must be received before the corresponding registration deadlines to benefit from early/pre onsite registration rates.

Changes, substitutions and cancellation of registration
Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the IHPBA 2018 Registration Department at ihpba2018.registration@ihpba.org.

Cancellation and refund policy

  • All refunds will be made after the Congress
  • All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds


Cancellations up to and including 2 May, 2018


70% refund


Cancellation on or after 3 May, 2018


No refund

Name changes and substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may be substituted by a colleague. Name changes will be subject to an administration fee of USD 50.
